Ulyana is an active member of the international legal community.  She serves as the Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, New York Branch (CIArb NY), and Vice-Chair of the Energy, Oil, and Gas Alliance of the CPR Institute.  Ulyana is a member of the International Arbitration Club of New York (IACNY) and the International Commercial Disputes Committee of the New York City Bar Association (ICDC).  She is the immediate past Chair of the Bar Association’s International Law Committee and the immediate past Co-Chair of the CPR Institute’s Steering Committee of Young Leaders in Dispute Resolution (CPR Y-ADR).

Ulyana co-chaired the Organizing Committee of New York Arbitration Week 2025 and is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Global Disputes Summit, New York Chapter 2026.​

Ulyana teaches a course on international investor-State arbitration at the Kyiv School of Economics, and has lectured extensively on international arbitration, including at Georgetown Law, Brooklyn Law School, Practising Law Institute, the International Law Institute, and the Arbitration School of the Ukrainian Arbitration Association.
